Here at Courtney & Courtney Properties, LLC we believe in tradition. As a family owned company we love to be involved in the communities where our properties are located. We manage multiple properties across Dallas/ Fort Worth and Colorado. Our relationship with our tenants are our top priority and we aim to hit the highest standard. Established in 1947, the foundation was set by Quintard Peters Courtney Sr. and Ethel Allen Courtney. The company continues to thrive under the leadership of Catherine Courtney Schmuck, and Wallace Schmuck.

Catherine Courtney Schmuck
President
Catherine fell in love with the real estate industry while observing and learning the business from her father, Will A. Courtney Sr. A local to Fort Worth, Catherine graduated from Texas Christian University. An active member of her local community, she serves on the board of Goodwill, Ronald McDonald House, and is a member of IREM. She has served as President of Courtney & Courtney Properties for the past four years.
Wallace K. Schmuck
Vice President
Wallace K. Schmuck has years of professional experience ranging from sales, real estate, and the sand and gravel business. Attending Texas Christian University, he has achieved many social milestones in his professional and social career. An avid golf lover, he has been on the Colonial Golf Tournament Committee for 26 years. A right hand man to his wife Catherine, going 31 years strong.
Brenda Fieri
Executive Assistant
Brenda joined the team April 2023. She has an extensive experience as an administrative assistant and is proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Quickbooks. She has worked in retail and non-retail positions and has many years of customer service experience. She lives in Crowley with her husband of 34 years and their 3 dogs. She is looking forward to being part of the team for many years to come.
